Far left: Nathan Baldry
Left: Nathan in the garden of Grafton Street
Above: Florence Baldry aged about 50

David's Notes:-

The 1871 census for 12 Moreton St shows James Baldry as head, who we believe is Nathan's brother born Dennington 1846
On the 1871 census for 29 Gt Ormond St is shown Nathan(b 1829) with his family. We understand Nathan's son James was in the R Navy. A Petty Officer living in Chatham
Florence married Arthur Browne in Kentish Town, & had 10 children, living as grocers - Grafton St - at the back of this is where the photo of Nathan was possibly taken. Her 4th child Alice Amelia was my grandmother, marrying John Morgan James. A lot of family history there in Camden Town, & Islington . Florence died in 1945, in N Middx Hosp, having lived with her daughter Florence Grace in Bowes Rd Palmers Green.
I was born in 1953, grew up near Bristol - lived in London from 1971 to 1995- in Islington from 76 to 85. Now live in Harlow, working freelance as an IT Trainer. Most of the research is due to Ronald Wood (mum's cousin) and my dad.
