All Jean Jennepin de la Force' children seem to have fled France in time after the Revocation of the Edict of Nantes. With reference to his work as the British Agent in Calais, the family seem to have been British agents back into the sixteenth century. This information came from 'Family History Research - the French Connection' by Patrick Delaforce, now out of print but now available if you hit this link. Ken has expanded & thoroughly revised this book & this version is vailable on the same link as web pages & a .pdf file.
