We berthed at Flam at about 07:30. I took some quick photos from the ship before breakfast.

I (Ken) was the ship's escort on the tour this morning, which was to Holo Farm. There were only 9 guests but William, the Shore Manager came as well, so we crammed into a car & a minibus, driven by the owners of the farm, Peer & Lisa Dale. We stopped at Downtown Flam, about a couple of miles up the valley, to visit its 'new' church, built in 1667 in the wrong place but the builder was induced to build it again in the village. Then, we were driven up to the waterfall with the biggest free drop in Norway.

The Tour to Holo Farm is on this link.
After we returned, late at 1320, we skipped lunch & walked round the head of the ford for the panorama above & to visit the Museum of the Flam Railway, which was a considerable achievement early last century.
