Tuesday 18th May 2004 We bought reinforced wine for Philip, who organises our post, at the village supermarket, which was quite well stocked & left at 11:20, taking a pretty way to Carcassonne byt side roads through beautiful villages like Saissac. Cassoulet in the airport restaurent after a buffet starter & a buffet pudding left little time. Very good food standard for an airport but this is France!
