Cleaning the front windows...looks like rocket science. There is a broom in hallway, which belongs to 'the house'. Put a wet rag on it & lean out to clean the top window. Clean the bottom window (same way) from Rosie's steps.

Carpeted throughout (carpet was new with previous tenant but is worn in places. Moth were eradicated on 11/8/2010)
The flooring in the Kitchen, Bathroom & WC are new.
Flat has been completely redecorated: the walls in magnolia emulsion paint & the woodwork in eggshell white acrylic) & domestically cleaned.
