This page relates to material about the Dukes De La Force, who were Caumonts & not members of our family.

An old print of the Chateau De La Force. Only a gatehouse now remains. Some of the stones were used to contruct a protestant 'temple' nearby. See this link.

The remains of one of the three little LaForce forts in the Auvergne (between Condat & Bort). These were taken from my Delaforce family at the end of the Hundred Years War (where we were on the English side) & handed over to the Caumonts, who clearly, have not looked after them.
